Easing Transition

Transition is about going from one place to another with life or career issues. Examples of this can be changing jobs, starting your own business, moving up in your company, marriage or divorce, health issues, or finding purpose or what’s next in life.

Here’s what we know about transition…it can be difficult for people. Our brains are wired to resist change even when it’s positive. After all, change often means stepping outside of our comfort zone and that can be hard to do.

Here are some quick, easy suggestions to help ease your transition: 

* Take baby steps so you don’t get overwhelmed and stuck

* Set boundaries and limits so that you aren’t taking on too


* Know that no matter what the situation you always

   have a choice!
