Trinity Wellness Fair

Obesity is one of the most common problems that affect U.S citizens today. To be defined as obese, your body mass index or BMI must be over 30, which is stated as being 30 pounds overweight. According to www.obesity.org , their statistics have shown that D.C adults in 2007 have an average BMI of 21.8. That number may not sound bad but in 2010 the BMI is projected to be closer to 30, possibly over 30. The problem of obesity can be solved dramatically with the simple and proper use of exercise and a healthy diet. Trinity University is offering to be your first start help in getting your health back on track.

To help get in shape or perhaps stay in shape, Trinity is presenting to the community its Wellness Fair. The fair will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 from 10 am to 3pm.
